Automatic Payment System
(APS)
Now, it's easier,
faster, and more convenient to make your Redwood City utility
bill payments. You can save time and money by using our Automatic
Payment Service (APS).
It's simple to set up.and
it's free!
With APS, the amount
of your monthly Redwood City utility bill is automatically deducted
from your bank account. It's that
easy!
You save time and money:
- Your bill is always paid on time, so you don't even worry about
it!
- Keep your checks and envelopes, because it's an automatic payment.
- No need to buy stamps, since there's nothing to send.
Here's how it works:
Every two months, you
will receive a utility bill statement showing the date that the
bill will be paid by your bank. You can review
your bill, and still have at least a week to call our office if
you have questions, or if you want to stop a payment.
When you're registered
for APS, you have control over your payment, even though you don't
even need to write a check.
To sign up, complete
the Automatic Payment Service Application below. Then, continue to
pay your utility bill as usual until you receive one which says,
"Automatic Payment - No Payment Required" (in approximately four
weeks). After that, you're check- and worry-free!
